    Less stress and fully support from top management
    The good thingsClean and calm environment. Given opportunity to be creative and innovative.
    The challengesLanguage barrier. As the company originated from Japan and few of staff is from Japan. Need time to familiar with.

    The challengesNo tolerance in pay day, it was fixed on 25th doesn't matter it fall on Weekend or Public Holiday.
