I experienced back-breaking exhaustion but acquired valuable new skills.
The good thingsGetting to learn management skills through their termly trainings.
The challengesUnrealistic expectations. Unbelievable workload. They low-key force you to take up their interior coordination course & want you to use your day off to study for the course. 50% bonus if you are unwilling to relocate, even though you might be doing a better job than those who are willing to relocate

The good thingsJapanese people discipline, word of using while communicating, taking care of staff Thank you
The challengesPoor management Staff not sharing working knowledge like password, location and only kept for themselves in order to make them 'important' because insecurity to have other people know what they know The thing that they know is company asset and like or not need to be transfer the knowledge I like working there, but few local staff make normal work become depressing with this kind of toxic work behaviour

The good thingsI enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work every morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all employees can do the task and tried to make those personal connections.
The challengesI did have a job where there was an inordinate amount of paperwork
