    Poor management, political environment
The good thingsSuitable for those expecting no career growth and comfort zone
The challengesManagement can’t accept new ideas. They are too conservation and old-fashioned. Can’t accept opinions. Promotion is unfair. Only for seniority aspect but not performance based. Definitely promote those for political purpose
