    Horrible
The good thingsNothing. They are just sub contracting resources and earn easy money.
The challenges1. Salary is not paid on time 2. EPF contribution is not made on time (some other people did not get any contribution) 3. HR and Finance ghosted you. I don't even know if they existed. They did not reply to your emails nor entertain your inquiries 4. Beware of this company. Some reviews I have read just recently someone got scammed by their country manager

management sucks. working culture is not friendly and efficient at all. no benefit or extra allowances.
    The good thingsgood fellow colleague.
The challengescommunication within teams or upper management is inconvenient and inefficient. no perks and benefits especially if you are contract workers.

    Good Experience
The good thingsNo issues in processing, boarding or accommodation in the different country. Salary was well paid and worked on more verticals than job description.
The challengesIt is challenging to adapt to the environment fast as the work deadline will get to you sometimes. Have to keep up with the schedule.

    Horrible employer
The good thingsGave me the chance to work here in Malaysia. Fast processing in the Philippines. Everything was completed when we arrive in Malaysia. Hassle free transition. Boarding allowance (loan).
The challenges1. Salary should be given on time. 2. If salary is delayed, employees should be warned right away, not at 6 or 7pm on the same day the salary should've been given. 3. Temp check with employees should be done regularly. 4. Proper explanation on why salary is delayed should be provided. 5. Visa renewal should be given ample time, not couple of days before the expiration date.

    Good for Fresh Graduates
The good thingsGood salary for fresh graduate to earn. Easy to get interview by company. Easy going representative. Get benefit even you are contractor level (depends on who is your exact company hire you)
The challengesWill send you to client site even we do not know where but if you can discuss it with interviewer or representative, that's good for you. Mostly contract job. You can discuss more about salary and demand if you have more experiences.

    My Nityo Infotech Experience
The good thingsThey were good at recruitment. They properly set my expectations with my job responsibilities. Provided us all the information we need to know before and after the recruitment process. Assisted our concern with our clients to meet both parties expectations.
The challenges2014 up to present are the worst years for Nityo. Honestly speaking, they have lost a lot of good employees both permanent and contractual employees. If only the management gave more focus on its people it could have been prevented.
