    Best environment and good for growth
    The good thingsYes. The management give opportunity for every staff to develop their skills. If you have challenges in your task,our superior will always guide and help you. The most important things, you have to be teacheable and proactive. The management also offer flexible working hours on your position and task.
    The challengesSometime a lot of task come at the same time. Reporting line can be improve. Maybe the company can organized monthly sharing with every staff.
