    A nice place to grow
    The good thingsThis company have various opportunity to growth as many thing can be learn. Currently on going for new project and still expanding. Working environment is friendly with helpful senior members. A good place to understand how total manufacturing environment works and strong Japaneses working culture. Suitable place to train your self to working in condition meeting the project deadline in time with source constrain.
    The challengesIn technical department, due to too many urgent project need to meet with the deadline, employees have problem in finding time to really master their own project. Only mean to understand the basic and surface information. Should give suitable time for each of project progress and reduce technical team works from supporting production by separate production support and development team.

    Its a roller coaster experience where there are ups and down than makes me a better person.
    The good thingsAs a research and development engineer, I really enjoyed that every day I get to learn new things because the task given by Japan (R&D headquarters) or customer request are updated. I also been given the opportunities to work with a brilliant and outstanding people where they will teach and guide you to be a better engineer.
    The challengesThe location of the canteen was quite far from my office and it is a waste of time and energy by walking there.
