    Focus on surface value, put up a good show kind of Management
    The good thingsTeachers are willing to go the extra mile
    The challengesManagement likes to put up a good show and always focus on the good things and charitable work they have done rather than doing it humble. Scared the whole world does not know they are doing charity and all the videos shows her face. Putting up a good show is her strengths. Need to be in her good book if not you are in the fridge.

    Worst Management, double standard
    The good thingsHODs are good, hardworking and dedicated, but dunno how long they can stand, good luck.
    The challengesYou need to be a satay fan in order to survive and do well. Double standard, cannot take it when staff giving their honest opinion, always think they are the only good school that provide best education. Will only appreciate staff when they wanted to resign and try all the way to counter offer but it was just too late.

    Great colleagues but heavy workload
    The good thingsColleagues are very supportive and helpful. Positive working environment. Students are well behaved.
    The challengesToo many unnecessary meetings and micromanaging. Teachers often have to bring back work. No work-life balance. Employee benefits are insignificant. Physical working environment is unhealthy as it is too cramped.
