    The good thingsvery closed to each other staff, flexible timing on work, people keep respecting on each other, very nice environment of work, all staff are professional and not treating each other like kids/school time & managers doing great communication and leads well. Plus, extra free yoga class for every thursday for all staff and once a week have free massage for all ! :)
    The challengeschallenges working here is only on ourselves as we worked here managing our time by our-self. All need to make sure that works going smoothly and make sure its done without any problem. Plus, working here need a lot good improvement to show to higher management that we can manage work really well as people looking on quality rather that quantity of work.

    Superb work life balance
    The good thingsAs long as you can deliver your job in time, bosses let you manage your own time between work and life. The policy allowed engineer to work from home. Just do not take it for granted, then you are good to be on board.
    The challengesCompany is currently undergo the shift plan and will be merge with Nokia in 2016. Yearly salary increment shall motivate the staff to work better but currently not applicable to all due to current financial situation of the company. Salary for staff shall be competitive with the market in the long run.

    The challengesThings eventually changed a lot a year after merging with Lucent. As this is the global initiative, it affects elsewhere too. Now they are in brink of being bought by Nokia. There will be huge challenge for changes for existing staffs.
