The challengesYou can never stay in your comfort zone. You will have to strive to grow each and every day. You need to be stronger than yesterday and to do this, you just have to keep grinding till it ends or it ends you. Work hard, play hard is what we encourage here. Nothing bad about this place, all you need to do is to just keep improving, never stop, keep grinding. Maybe one day the motto "STRONGER THAN YESTERDAY" should change to mine, "KEEP GRINDING, NEVER STOP." I guess it's working life man, you keep grinding though, never stop until you end it or it ends you.
