    A good place for learning new things
    The good thingsNoripharma is a good place to gain new knowledge if you have no experience on it. Many people are willing to teach you if you have no idea on it especially on HPLC and AAS.
    The challengesLack of benefit for employee besides more unnecessary rules are imposed to us . Furthermore, mismanagement by certain toxic people make this company worse.

    Nice place for fresh graduates to gain experience as a chemist.
    The good thingsFriendly environment and normal work load. As a fresh grads I think this place is so good for me because they hiring people with no hands on experience in using labs instruments. By joining this company, I was exposed to a lot of industrial working environment and so beneficial for further career path growth. As for work load, I think pharmaceutical industries is not so heavy industry and provide good work/life balance.
    The challengesManagement should be improved more in terms of access card detection so that no need to take attendance from workers daily as it is wasting time. Besides that, this company is lacking in terms of annual salary increament.

    People make the work worst
    The good thingsEncourage staff to challenge their capabilities.
    The challengesThe senior management is only giving instruction and become sarcastic when you are not able to perform the task. Besides, no proper training provided to me and as an executive I do not have manager or assistant manager hired and all the time I am the one that need to answer for Senior management
