If you are someone who wants a job without any goal to improve your life and economy and just follows instructions without caring about your health and mental and physical well-being. you are a very easy person to use.
The good thingsSalary rate valuable. Work with local people they more rajin then foreigner.
The challengesCertain departments don't value you if you make one mistake and your kindness just disappears. arrogant cannot accept criticism and ideas picks hair no guidance gives instructions without knowing the situation works overtime without following the change properly no addition of skills and knowledge

Unless you are a YES man, this place is not suitable for you.
The good thingsSalary can get a little above average if you are lucky. Benefits are good, not too lacking not too much. For executive level working days 5 days per week, unless needed for occasional project or urgent issue. Can have exposure to collaborating works with other entities globally. In-house training will be given and arranges to further develop your skills, you can also enroll yourself in the available online training that you want (provided by Global Group).
The challengesNew management brings new culture. Some people can accept the changes, some will not. People with options will move on. No replacement results to having more workloads for the remaining ones, hence the hectic work-life balance. Management tends to reject employees feedback, only want to do everything according to his/her instruction with very little to no room for negotiation. Your acceptance, tolerance & selflessness need to be very high.

What you see is exactly what you get.
The good thingsA supervisor that provides consistent and helpful support as well as being open to new suggestions. Work assignments are well packaged and distributed under consistent intervals, such that there was never a moment where I find myself overworked nor do I feel like there was not enough to do. Work life balance is awesome.
The challengesEngineering software could be made more readily available.
