    The good thingsThe manager of the laboratory is caring and helpful. The lab members is supportive and efficient. The working environment is great and cheerful.
    The challengesThe number of staff is not sufficient. Hence, it is busy to run all the tests that have been given by the doctors.

    Good working place but lack of career growth opportunities
    The good thingsThe management focus to improve the hospital on accreditation thus exposing the employee to best work process and world class standards for healthcare services. I get the guidance from the other professional advisor that come from US in managing the HR related work and how to improve it. Therefore, the management always have high expectation from the employees.
    The challengesThe benefits and remuneration has not been reviewed for more than 15 years. In view of the high living cost, the payscale do not consumerate the total years of experience, skills and expertise that the staff had provided. Therefore, most of the staff resigned to join other hospital in Singapore, Saudi Arabia and etc as they feel that their expertise are being valued better.
