Good for growth but horrible long term
The good thingsYou learn a lot a lot but you pay the price
The challengesBelow average pay, no allowances, long working hours and heavy workload, arguably good if you are just starting out but long term wise its not worth your time here. Bad management will squeeze you dry, paycuts and no raise during covid but workload still remain the same

Best place for fresh grads to gather experience
The good thingsFriendly colleagues and seniors willing to help each other to a common goal. A good place to pick up QS skills and learn all stages of a construction project. Provides good exposure to employees.
The challengesExpect to work hard and long hours, nevertheless you'd definitely learn a lot.

I learned a lot in this company such as call tenders, prepare BQ and measurements (by using software, ie. Glodon and NISA).
The good thingsI'm very enjoy the working environment in Northcroft. All the colleagues are very friendly and helpful to teach me. I'm also very enjoy the activities that held by this company such as hiking, bowling and the zumba class. I'm happy to have a chance to work in Northcroft because they have a good nature of work.
The challengesSo far I think there is no very tough jobs in this company throughout this 6 months of internship. The only things that I think to improve is to increase the number of tables and chairs in this company.
