Able to travel and learn new skills
The good thingsAble to travel and learn new skills, a lot of experience gained, plenty of resources, benefits and assets.
The challengesThe industry itself will not last for a long period of time, especially for the blue collar workers. I am aware of the future of this industry, and it is unavoidable in future times.

The best cruise company to work for:
The good thingsNCL care for its crew members in all aspects Whenever you have a question about your employment, there is always answer for you. From cabin to food, NCL care us in all onboard work and live condition with one scheme for all crew members equally across the fleet. You work for what you shall get paid; at the same time, you travel around the world in NO COST ever. They fly you everywhere in the world to sign on to the ship location.
The challengesIt could be the workload and work time that normally not appreciated by most public. We work long hours, 7 days a week. Taking into consideration that you're working while traveling the world, this pays off a little. You are far away from family with all digital communications around.
