    The challengesBad management, lack of support from colleague and managers. Management assume you like 10 years experience plus manager sometimes is micromanage that cause you to stress.

    The good thingsLearned new thing regarding the logistic field and also expose me with good experience. Enhance my communication with other party in liasing with them (freight forwarder and customer) for transporting the goods. Teach me on how to handle stress as I need to handle and liase with my customer and freight forwarder. Also learned on how to manage my work and task so it can finish within the given time. Enhance my communication especially in english as I need to comply with our global customer which is from middle east and europe.

Build customer trust and cooperate well with them regarding the production date for the goods to be finish.Ensure the good is transport based on target given by manager.     Good place to get your feet wet
    The good thingsA good place to start your career in IT but don't stay too long as things will get too routine after a year or two. Administrator access is quite limited for remote sites in this organization making it quite hard to explore new technologies but if you're looking to start at the basics of IT without being overwhelmed, this is a good place to get your feet wet. Oh and the people there are friendly, well most of them.
    The challenges-Limited administrators access. -The pay does not commensurate the expectations. -Limited career advancement. -There's no career ladder to climb if you're in IT.

    The good thingsYou will learn to multitask, a good company for fresh grads, able to be independant in decision making, learn to interact within different working level & also between various nationality.
    The challenges1)Pay wise - could have been better with the responsibility given upon you 2) In terms of technical knowledge, the learning curve tends to be not so curvy after 3 years (plus minus)
