    Happy and No Happy company
The good things1. Every year EA form will be the same, because no bonus and no increment, just copy and paste your previous tax return will do. 2. You can go toilet break for more than 30 minutes and others won't notice you are not at your work place.
The challengesYou can go back sharp everyday, other colleagues who like to earn more OT money will stay. Because no bonus, this will be your extra income provided you are below certain salary. if salary above, just take more excuse to visit client site to earn transport and petrol charge.

Great learning platform for fresh grads, but expect no increment.
The good thingsWork life balance. Friendly colleagues. Given the opportunity to handle projects from start to end. Great learning platform for fresh graduates. Freedom in office (no micro-managing).
The challengesNo salary increment. only had 1 bonus in 3.5 years. pay cut more than 1 year during mco (on-going). lack of staff appreciation. no company events/activities. lack of support / guidance from upper level.

It is wonderful to grab opportunity of experience
The good thingsThe company give a bonus and increment every year. The best experience to be here is you will have great friends and great teamwork among colleague during completing the urgent task. However, you do not have the opportunity to liaise directly with the 'big boss' and need to maintain your performance to keep your contract continue
The challengesTo complete the task within a limit time. Sometimes your boss instruction was not jives with client requirement neither with the normal practice. Hence you need to make a decision to fulfil everyone satisfaction

    Working hour
The good thingsHere we are not encourage to stay back until work load is really intense. We practice work/life balance and plan our schedule to meet deadlines and avoid changes at the very last minute.
The challengesBig company with big scale project. We do lots of brainstorming with the client although sometimes the end user cant really describe their needs but to make sure they are satisfy with our proposal we explain and give them lots of input and at the same time trying to implement their ideas in the proposal.

    A place to learn everything
The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things here. You can get the experience from the scratch until the completion of the project. A good place for you to pursue your carrier in Professional Architect (LAM Part 3). The principals are very friendly and helpful. Moreover the working hours here is not that strict. You can go back on time!
The challengesThe challenge is bureaucracy in the office. It is hard for you to aim for a respectable position in the office. Perhaps due to there are about 100 plus employees in this office. The principles always expect good outcome within short period of time. And that is normal, the more you can do the better you get.

    MY LAST JOB
The good thingsSince my first job, it is the employer who meets the criteria I wanted. The company's strong, international standards and professional. And all the benefits for staff including overtime paid, bonuses, sports club, festive dinner and etc.
The challengesnothings is easy in life. I never regret to working here even my house quiet far from office. but sometime so many arguing with the junior officers. and took sometimes to cooperate with the leader. also when the project need to spend more focus to reach the dead line. then I have to stay in the office until late night and sometimes on weekend until the job done.
