    It gets quite fun once you get the hang of it. Work itself is constant so you don't feel useless. The downside of it is probably the way you're being treated.
    The good thingsYou get the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge if that is something you're interested in. If you have knowledge with such work, it gets relatively relaxing eventually.
    The challengesThe workplace is stressful, rather cutthroat and conservative amongst certain peers. There's a hierarchy that everyone is expected to adhere to and obey. Orders often changed on the fly and you are expected to adapt to it. If you things wrongly or correctly, you will still eventually get scolded.
