Manufacturing adviserThe good thingsI was able to share my past experienced to the company top management and in particular the executive director with whom I was assigned to guilde and gave advise on manufacturing management, process improvement, and manufacturing variances analysis,manufacturing man power management, improvement on quality 8D reporting etc.
The challengesIt was on a six months contract and on part time basis. Could have done better if given authorities to implement on what were recommended, rather than leaving its to management to decide without enforcing.
