    The challengesThe culture and management style is very demotivated, feel undervalued and not appreciated. Management style is more like typical local chinese company bossy style, never have 2 way communication, only expect you to listen to them, super poor leadership skill from management.

    Need a lot of improvement to be able to compete in the market
    The good thingsSalary is good but don't be blinded the monetary benefits because eventually it will be the people you will work with. Environment, culture and values should be highly considerate than monetary benefits.
    The challengesToxic, political issue and poor culture. Management is very rigid and not open to change for better. Saying and doing is two different thing. If you want to work and learn from a leader, please look elsewhere; you will only work for boss here.

    The good thingsI'm work here as a engineer. the people here is friendly. and good place to park no need pay parking fee! got 13 month salary, and petrol allowance.. dental health... etc etc.. boss not kiamsiap... everything jus good as expected.
