    The good thingsLearn how to deal with customers and supplier. My colleagues always kind and helpful.
    The challengesNot enjoying the rules made by the company. Been quite stressful because there is so many rule that we need to follow. Other than that, I don't see any career development program for shop assistant or supervisor which is quite dissapointing.

    As a supervisor, my responsibility is dealing my work with another party.
    The good thingsI can learn more about how to handle the bad or customer, dealing with supplier, discuss with my manager, manage my staff about their duty roster, manage daily sales for bank in and so on. Everyday make sure i must in positive vibe for sure want to meet other people in good feeling.
    The challengesThere is a lot of dog. I'm scared. And also the rest time. It's make me sleepy because the time is not enough and also our staff is small quantity.
