    Good place to learn technical things in short term
    The good thingsFlexible. Learn things on your own.
    The challenges70% of your time spent on customer's tasks. Customer can push you to work at any time they want including public holidays or weekend and agreed by the management without getting agreement with the staff. Management will be happy to get CR but staff is not happy. Work and life not balance. Staff need to sacrifice more but at the end still an average increment to all.

    A lesson working here
    The good thingsSome staffs were alright and willing to help ( in a way but not all of them) Managers does not disturb your work and leaves you alone to do your work, so long it is completed on time.Big spacious office (during my tenure)
    The challengesPoor management by the managing director, lots of office politics, staffs are not bothered with what you do and neither do they care what you are doing.Weekly meetings held (scrum style) which wasted a lot of time for each individual.MD does not have a vision and in the end, we were offered VSS.PM ( Product Manager) in a high and does not really ask the progress of your work - something dangerous
