    The challengesManagement tends to rely on one-sided perspectives when making decisions, which can lead to unfair outcomes. The Head of HR demonstrates inconsistency in communication and lacks of experience, the support and transparency expected from the role. Overall, the Management / HR function has not been particularly helpful in addressing employee concerns.
