    The challengesStressful and no work life balance-you even need to use your weekends to do your work. Annual leave= Being offline doing your work without the rest of colleague disturbing you. Full of office politics. Lots of benefits has been cut down compared to previous years.

    The challengesno trip or annual dinner so far, really cutting on budget, unlike its sister company Dimension Data (M). really flat organization so no going up the charts soon. not much benefit provided for the employee, even medical is quite low. but there's no stress working here so it kinda balance out.

    Challenging environment that promotes career growth
    The good thingsVery Challenging environment that really pushes yourself and encourages growth in your career. Colleagues are generally very friendly and helpful as well and the team unity is very good. Working hours can be a little bit flexible so long your job is done, obviously there are some limitations but it is better than nothing and good to have.
    The challengesAs mentioned, as the environment is very challenging, work life balance is very scarce and almost non-existent. Very often you'll be working till late hours and even your weekends, and it seems like a common culture here in this company and I think it is unhealthy. The remuneration considering what I've mentioned, doesn't seem to comfortable match up either which is a bit of a shame. There has also been a lot of structural changes within the company and that poses a lot of uncertainties among the employees.

    New day, new challenge.
    The good thingsAs the pioneer team for DDAP SSC, we learn new things and face different challenges everyday. The Management are always open to suggestion and helpful. The staff is entrusted and empowered with minimal supervision. Good work life balance and meaningful activities is organized seasonally.
    The challengesClosing gap and ensure all stakeholders (SSC team, local PnC, Recruiters) are in the same path and follow the process flow. There are some disorganize management, but still manageable.

    The good thingsThe benefits such as company trips, annual dinners and team buildings. Working culture between colleagues is good and not too much political. Work life balance
    The challengesThe company still lacking behind among the industry peers on knowing the trend/process, how the competitors is working and how to sell to market. Management is still in traditional thinking and micro management, not willing to change or accept new ideas/opinions. There's a gap between the senior management and the younger generations workers. Too much unneeded processes and not like western companies on the directness and open thinking approach.
