    Friendly management & good work environment
    The good thingsManagement and colleague will always be there for you if you need help. Salaries are decent for what it is. The working environment is also good and modern, clean and well prepared.
    The challengesWhile it is a 5 days work job with rotational shifts, constant OT on weekends is required therefore making work-life balance non-existent. Other than that it's amazing being on the CS team.

    The good thingsEngaged about current cashless trend and understand about the operation and process of this industry.
    The challengesSuperior not concerned about your workload (in action) and every month add new work tasks. Manager need much more training lol Collegue and other department are not really cooperative and supportive to smooth the work process.
