    The good thingsCulture, colleague, management and area to learn. if you are willing to learn, you will gain great experience here and the management will reward you or make you feel that they appreciate your effort. it is a huge company but politic wise actually is lesser than small company i work with thus it is a great company to work with.
    The challengespace is super fast. if you are those that just chilling and will only do whatever your employment letter, then this place does not suits you. Work and work and work, tons of work but worth it

    You will need to know how to handle people
    The good thingsLearn to deal with different level of people externally. Company always protect the staffs. Even we did not achieve yearly target for annual incentive trip but company will always give us festive season celebration as a break for all the staffs, this is a very good company which also take care of your family members.
    The challengesToo many paper work require to do and file which slow down the progress. They can always enhance their IT so that we can store files and document without printing it out.

    The good thingsGood Company to work for experience. They offer a good workplace such as a good culture to work here. Staff are friendly and the benefit for employee is better than other company.
