    The good things- Work life balance. Rarely required to work overtime., except it is really urgent matter. - Extra leave for special celebration (Such as CNY for chinese staff and Hari Raya for malay staff). - Great team that willing to collaborative, give guidance and advice.
    The challenges- Poor management. Often had miscommunication within internal department. - Certain workers did not respect to the rules. Especially having alcohol drinks during office hours and indoor vape. - Some promise was not fully applied in reality.
