    The good things1. To develop more business proposal from existing customers 2. Follow up with customers / sales 3. Cut off paper work 4. Provides sailing schedules/ rates to existing customers. 5. Negotiations rates from freight forwarders
    The challengesAble to work independently and as well as in a team, multi task and good interpersonal skill, able to work in challenging environment and creative and problem solving.

    The good thingsThe company offers a lot of benefit for staff, such as average min salary, medical, bonus and annual trip/ dinner. However, it depends on your department for the working environment. Some might be okay, some might be have internal issues.
    The challengesPlease do not work in operation if you do not want to work overtime. But if you willingly to do OT, this would be a great company for you.

    Good place to enhance knowledge on career.
    The good thingsBetter and safe working environment. 5 Days works which helps to maintain a balance and healthy lifestyle. Opportunity to learn and gain knowledge are very widely given. Annual medical check ups and audio metric test are provided to make sure the staffs health are being concerned.
    The challengesPoor opportunity of taking decisions are given. Overload with many tasks with short deadlines. Sensitive and emotional working colleagues may be a very hard challenge. Working attitude of pointing others for their fault will be big challenge on keeping our place in a safe environment.
