3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
    Nurturing yet steep career experience
The good thingsGood vibes and tight knit group of colleagues that makes work experiences more bearable. With the recent change in management and work values, the office has become a very nurturing place. Growth is still a main benchmark (revenue etc.) but more emphasis on ground-level opinions, team work and initiatives. Employees are given opportunities lead different initiatives. Management has a human-first approach as well with several policies and decisions made with employees' wellbeing being priority.
The challengesThe office is getting a little old and messy. If you're not a fan of open working spaces, this is not the place for you. Work can get crazy at really busy periods. While the management don't expect you to work til wee hours of the morning, the clients do and you'd have to seek out balances yourself. As this is a very demanding industry, you cannot be laid back and you have to always be on your toes. This may cause fatigue and burnt out relatively quick.

Not very good sense of belonging
The good thingsThe company provided a good opportunity to explore beyond what you capable of, is a good starting point for a fresh grade or people who have 1 or 2 years of experience. Percentage of increment is above average if you able to hit the expectation, have a good standard of annual evaluation, clear guideline career progression.
The challengesPotential people come and go, you need to get comfortable with working alone sometimes. The directive level wasn't too supportive and encouraging, but management level like the country manager and HR is always there to comfort you. Starting salary might be lower than average, but increment will balance back the loss if you capable.
