Perfect Place to Start a Career!
The good things- Various training provided for all staffs (eg first aid, emergency response team, customer service skills etc). - Able to make new friends with people from other countries and cultures. - Lots of benefit (eg education support, medical, miscellaneous allowances, gym membership etc). - With the existence of Performance and Development Review system (PDR, quite similar to KPI), employees are able to learn new things and develop new skills in a short period.
The challenges- NUMed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. could search or develop a new building which is meant for students' accommodation only (i.e not sharing the building with other private residents in order to facilitate work matters). - The total number of annual leave to be carried forward to the upcoming year is five (5) days. NUMed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. could apply a system in which annual leave could be turned into pay/salary so that at the end of every year, any annual leave which is more than 5 days could turned into another benefit.

The good thingsThe place where you can learn something new, different. Get to know and working with UK people. A good working place to enhance English communication skills. Good salary and benefits.
The challengesThe company was lead by people from the UK which has different working style from Malaysian. In the early stages, you have to get familiar with the environment. This is small organization, in some cases you might need to have an overall responsibilities. This will giving a difficulties to a non performer to coop with the requirements.

The good thingsEnjoying working and collaborate with team in UK. The best is they are very help full and understanding. They also invite us to come over their place in UK to get fully experience working in their technology and style.
The challengesNeed to have very good understanding and speaking in english especially in British dialogue. Must be fast thinking because the worker are mostly not from local staff.
