    The good thingsencouraging employees to trust in one group. besides, teach me to be the best teacher. greatly guarding the welfare of workers.
    The challengesworking here is very challenging, when we get a student who has different privileges from other children. so here we can know how high it is to become a teacher. working here can get a very interesting experience that can not be at another school.

    The good thingsI involved all the events for this company, it's really fully fun environment. Dealing with managers and top level management is very cheerful because they are very understanding and friendly. They will appreciate if you done a great job.

    RECOMENDED FOR PERSON WHO LOVED CHILDREN
    The good thingsThe environment is great. If you love children, this is the place for you. Teaching them good things and you can see their development and be proud of it. The colleague is friendly and easy to communicate with. The management is good by held event for staff like an annual dinner and appreciation night.
    The challengesThe challenges that I faced here is how to attract the children to love me. Also, the target and achievement that we have to complete at the end of the day. We need to make report for our performance in class. I also have to know how to communicate nicely with parents and make them trust me to teach their children.
