    The challengesThe company is not flexible enough and they don't tell whether your opinion / suggestion is a good one. Whatever suggestion you made to them, they'll say not good.To them , junior's opinion is bad. And you realise they accept your suggestion and implement it after you left the company. Be prepared to rush to the Alliance bank before 4pm everyday
