    The good things- The salary is above average. - No message from supervisor during non working hours. - A lot of opportunities to learn due to changing team is acceptable here. - Friendly co-workers & nice environment - Weekly badminton
    The challenges- Lack of testers & software developers. - Mandarin speaking, writing and listening are the main language here, so it would be hard to communicate on the technical terms.
