Not a place to grow but a place to chill
The good thingsThe only perks of working here is to look presentable so people will offer nice and decent treatment for you.
The challengesThe management is unclear about their goals and often goes back on their words. The productivity in working here is also poor. You can learn couple things but you cant grow in this company.

The good thingsGood benefits, good salary. Teach people to work independently.
The challengesNo opportunities for carrer advancement especially when your superior works there for many years and will continue till retired. Too much instructions, from different bosses. Lack of manning, sometimes need to do double jobs. Everyday work with full of stress.

    Challenging
The good thingsGreat working environment. Very focus on improving safety and productivity. Lots of experienced personnel either from local or overseas to learn from. Business is growing with more marketing opportunities locally and also overseas. In great transition of improving as a whole through good implementation of global manufacturing fundamentals. ISO and HACCP certified and moving forward for FSSC certification.
The challengesGlass making industry are not for faint heart as we deals with heat, dust, noise and machinery every day. Glass making industry is also a industry that have a working factory for 24/7. In addition, most of the knowledge and skills are gained from experience and hands on work. The pressure of working here is also quite tense as we are currently recovering the business from few hiccups and also to fulfill customers demand.

    A Career Building Workplace
The good thingsAn excellent place to expose yourself to multinational manufacturing industry. A harmony and professional working environment with friendly and supportive colleagues and co-workers. Glass container industry provides a stable business and job security where the company had existed for more than 40 years. Good opportunity especially for young talents to climb up the career ladder and participate in regional training or support team within the OI and BJC groups worldwide.
The challengesChallenges are there to identify your true potential which benefits yourself and success shall be rewarded. You will not be alone as the company has a culture of team work effort to overcome all hindrances.

    My Work Life
The good thingsIt is a very challenging job. Many experiences can be obtained from here. Working with people from different races can help you grow more. Besides, this company provides you training internally and externally.
The challengesSometimes when there is problem occurred, you need to work things right and it usually takes a lot of time. Besides, man-power issues is one of the challenges I felt. The other is the environment where I work is super dirty, hot and noisy.
