    Great place to learn for freshies.
    The good thingsThis is a company where all things are done systematically. Been working in several companies including PLC, but OAG is at different level when it comes to project management.
    The challengesas a person who hunger for career development and challenge in work, this place is not really suits me. After two years, i just feel 'm doing the same thing like i did for the past 10 years.

    Bad Management to much politic
    The good thingsnothing all in this company is bad due to bad environment
    The challengesbad and small company, not recommended high turn over and most worst thing is very bad management, to much politic. when u senior u will be more then Managing Director. all people need to respect u at all and no one can touch you. no OT no Bonus. everyone become CCTV to you and feel like their doing good. what skill required for this company is just degree in sweet talking. nothing more then that.

    The challengesNo clear direction from manager and ridiculous deadline given to complete a project. Terrible working culture as everyone is expected to stay longer beyond working hours and no OT paid.

    The good thingsOpportunity is given to those who willing to learn, a very good working environment with a nice office, friendly colleague, Good management, improving and proper procedures. A fast-growing company, compresses employees' growth in a very short time. No politics due to those playing politics has left the company. Higher basic salary offered. A good company for fresh graduates to develop career.
