    Account department is the boss
    The good thingsThe best attendance system in world. Can track youre late only.
    The challengesStress! Account department is the bos. They control your salary, timesheet, attendance. Once youre in, you will be controlled by account department. Hold salary and everything! If resign, they will ask you to pay for everything.

    The challengesHeavy work loads but fewer staff under a department. Thus lead to unable to complete task within time given. A lot of urgent matters that need to complete on daily basis which leaves the staff to question the level of urgency.

    Terrible.
    The good thingsGood Experience for start and you can learn some skills.
    The challengesThe management need some improvement. Your work and life not balance at all. You work more than 8 hours per-day, yet your are under paid, no OT have been given and some of them are under-employed. Too many office political issue around and everything will be control by the account side including the operation matter.
