    The challengesThey prefer to keep their expat staff in their payroll rather than supporting local staff during their recent change in so call turning around the company. All they need is to kick out one or two expect from their payroll and it could have safe the entire team.

    The challengesMore than half of the local staff were retrenched due to adverse industry sentiment but the management whom mostly consist of expats were kept on the payroll
