    The good thingsmanagement is great. excellent boss. he understand when you're lost in in ur task. n will guide u along the way. Working environment is also good, busy body people are always there, but never made me feel dreadful to go to work. As long as you know what to ask, they are willing to answer openhearted .
    The challengessince it is a new industry for me, it took time for me to understand, so it would be great if there was a full 101 basic training to get the staff to catch on quick. so many mentors for u to learn here. just dont be shy to ask. bosses here are great teachers. they should be professors. not much to talk about, i am happy here.
