    In short, low wages!
    The good thingsThe company will have some sponsored tourism activities.
    The challengesLack of official product training due to boss wanted to save cost and unfair work distribution. There are also too many employees of the older generation who have received high salaries but refuse to execute and wait for retirement. Low wages, low wage volatility, low bonuses.

    Ok but stagnant
    The good thingsCompany is well organize, its because they have an ISO standard. No problem with salary payment and claim if you really follow the company handbook. Financially stable and lots of allowance. Easy to gets resources if you need to go site, e.g tools. Everything was OK.
    The challengesThe company majority is the old timer personnel, which sometime, they are not easy to accept new trade. Need to improve on the development of engineers, training, seminar etc. Work-wise, sometime you are free and sometime gets super busy. To many repetitive works as your jobs is revolve around the same telecommunication system, only the brand is different. If someone want to stick to only one system, then this is the place for you to be specialist.

    Good guidance from Superiors and friendly working environment.
    The good thingsYou will given free hand to initiate your idea and it will be acceptable for implementation if the idea are workable and realistic to the Company. Adopted Western style working environment and free to express your view, suggestion and comment so long as these are constructive. Work life balance and surprised me that this Company got so many long service staff whom working here more than 30 years; or first job since their graduation.
    The challengesWork life balance, free expression of idea and opinion. Company is run by professional and not family owned business. There are so many activities organized by Company Sport Clubs such as Company trips, team building campaign, yoga event, weekly badminton activity, durian eating activity, sports tournament and etc.

    The good thingsHigh bonus. Learn many things from PBX, CCTV, Wireless to IP based comms of voice, data and visual. Courses on new products were provided.
