    The good thingsWell drafted operating procedure for employees to carry out their daily task. Fast paced work environment where people get the job done and carry out task smoothly. Working for Customer service means you will be working in shift and be rewarded with 3 off days as opposed to regular hours employees. I have enhanced and sharpened my computer literacy skills while working here. This is a good skill to learn for the future.
    The challengesWhen you are working in shifts, 12 hours of work is required in a single shift for both day and night shifts. It can be really tiring working long hours especially staring at 2 monitors. Some may not enjoy the night shift as it can be really challenging. Work tends to pile up for follow up on weekends or long holidays due to absence of other critical departments to rectify issues.

    The good thingsThe family closeness environment, casual clothing and convenient location. Management genuinely cares for staff well-being and provide health care protection.
    The challengesRemuneration wise, it isn't the best in the market but a good stepping stone especially if you want to venture into online business or e-commerce industry.
