    My time at OgilvyOne Worldwide
The good thingsThey had different training modules that helped each employee to improve and learn. Supportive and friendly colleagues. Employee benefits such as birthday leave.
The challengesBetter management setup. There wasn't a direct boss to mentor and train me. Limitations from regional office (e.g. hiring freeze)

Learnt a lot but with little recognition
The good thingsTraining was the foremost importance to help the employees to improve on their skills.
The challengesWhat I found was a lack of leadership in my group. That was very frustrating as I was bursting out of my seam and yet no recognition.

    A training ground for advertising
The good thingsWorking environment is good and proper trainings are provided. Resources bank is huge, you'll find mostly everything that you need for reference and support. A good place to start off to get a taste of the real advertising life.
The challengesHigher managements are usually clueless on what's going on the day-to-day basis. Too much red tapes to go through for career advancement and pay raise. Same goes to the processes, it slows down the speed of work and sets up more road blocks.
