    a good company gives you the life balance
    The good thingsA lot of chances for the international environment/business exposure as the company dealing mostly international/global clients' HQ. Work life balance and a good training ground for all the technical knowledge. Management willing to give their ears to listen to the employees needs. the best is got free foods for all staffs during buka puasa and Sahur in Ramahdan month
    The challengesMaybe company too good and many old staffs in the company. Need to have patient to get a time to learn from the seniors.

    The good thingsI was hesistant at first to came on-board OHTA after reading some of the review. BUT I am glad as what I have seen and been throughout years of employment is the opposite. Management team consistently lending ears and find means to motivate staff. To my Admin Director, thank you for great guidance and for showing compassionate leadership.
    The challengesFor a sales person, i find having good technical knowledge helps to navigate especially in negotiation with customers and suppliers besides just having good personal communication skill

    The good thingsGrowth opportunity is always there for those who are ready. The company involve in fabricating metal parts which are unique and niche for related market. this provide a good platform for those who are constantly looking to expand exposure in machining.
