The top management exhibited a sense of entitlement, engaging in cronyism, unrespectful of subordinates' and disregarding subordinates' expertise and opinions.

The good thingsOnly for the work life balance is good due to no working on weekend

The challengesFound that the top management team felt they could do anything they wanted. There was also a lot of cronyism among top management team and they insist not wanting to listen to subordinates' opinions regarding work expertise.
