    The good thingsThere is no shortage of learning opportunities at every stages of the working careers. Daily task are challenging and demand full commitments.
    The challengesMultitasking is a must and you need to be able to organize yourself. Working under minimal supervisions is a necessity.

    The challengesSince clients are international peoples, there are some language barrier due to their accent. Sometimes it could lead to a misunderstanding.

    The challengesThere are times when they are lack of manpower resources but this gives you an opportunity to think out of the box and find ways to still overcome workload challengers. When you do overcome them, you gain much more than before.

    The good thingsThe best team mates, and working environment. The manager & team lead, are easy to approach and they're willing to listen to your problem and we work together in solving the issue. Opportunity to travel is part of the job requirement, hence it give us a very good experience how to be on fields.
    The challengesDaily travel to HQ office in Singapore is a really troublesome and it is pretty hard to take leave or vacation since our nature of work limited us to do so.
