    The good thingsThe culture of the company is very comfort to feel as one family. The company also create the vacation to open the eyes of the employee towards the relationship between each employee.

    The good thingsMost employees are nice and helpful, working environment is harmony. No problem arise at staffs level.
    The challengesMulti tasks is required. At times, stresses were caused by the top management who is lacking of required skills set and quality, always made ad-hoc requests which led to wrong or poor decisions that resulted in waste of resources. Also, no respect, no considerate and no appreciation can be expected from a particular ego top management.

    Flexible and comfortable environment
    The good thingsThe environment is quite good. Flexible for people to complete their job within the time line. Staff can arrange their time and plan their work every month without much interruption for ad hoc requests.
    The challengesThe company should provide bonus and do some appreciation to the staff that perform good in their work. Bonus is very important to ensure staff remain in the company.
