    My internship at IGL gave me some exposure to the industry, but the limited workload, lack of guidance, overcrowded lab, and weak leadership made it difficult to gain meaningful experience.
    The good things-Friendly and approachable employers -Clean and hygienic workplace environment -Supportive and collaborative interns
    The challenges-Limited workload, leading to insufficient hands-on experience -Tasks often given to experienced interns, leaving new interns left out -Manager did not consistently demonstrate effective leadership qualities -Too many interns assigned to a small laboratory space -Low salary -Pantry provided, but without food or basic refreshments

    Stressful and tiring
    The good things-Caring and understanding employer -You get the chance to work with foreign influencers and retailers -Fairly professional office setup, workplace is always clean and tidy
    The challenges-Little to no room for mistakes as you worked in a fast paced environment -Unfair treatment of staff, senior staff normally gets better treatment -Some upper-level officer will always disturb you outside of working hours, can't even rest properly -Career advancement opportunity is unclear

    The good thingsDefinitely great bonding between employees and employer. The employer puts in the effort to cultivate positive culture.
    The challengesThe company is still building themselves up. Thus, there are still quite a lot of things to improve in terms of management.

    Great place to learn things
    The good thingsFast growing, learning many things, even from different departments. Pantry also full of food, you never get hungry.

    Workload is not distributed fairly, some staff overwork and some staff relax
    The good thingsGood, clean building and proper office equipment, snacks always available in the kitchen.
    The challengesNot recommended to work there. Non-conformance of non-compliance practised in the company. Staff is keep on changing every 3 months as they can't stay there for long.
