    The good thingsGood when get commission based on our performance.
    The challengesIssues of favoritism (kronisme) seem to affect team morale and performance. Employees may face unequal treatment or biased decision-making, which can hinder growth and productivity. Improvements in transparent leadership and merit-based practices are essential for a healthier work environment. Sorry

From day one, I was welcomed with open arms by a wonderful, supportive team and great management who genuinely care about both our professional and personal growth. One of the highlights of my journey was receiving the Best Newbie Award—a moment that truly validated my hard work and passion. I’ve had the privilege of working on impactful campaigns like Greenpeace Malaysia, where I engage directly with the public to raise awareness about plastic pollution. Every successful donor sign-up reminds me that my work has real, lasting value.The recent full team gathering at Lost World of Tambun was more than just fun—it was a reminder that at Omniraise, we are more than colleagues; we’re a family. The energy, laughter, and connection we shared that day made me feel a deep sense of belonging. Thank you, Omniraise, for believing in me and helping me believe in myself.

    The good thingsUnderstanding management and great support system in this company, to inspire and empower the new people. With zero knowledge in fundraising, but keep learning and growing. The opportunity is given equally to everyone.
    The challengesSchedule. Will need to work shift or follow the event/ mall timing. Will feel tire some time, but still manage to cope it.
