    Working in this company for the past four years has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Being part of a sales and marketing team that partners with NGOs means I’m not just hitting targets but I’m contributing to causes that truly matter. I’ve developed leadership skills, built incredible relationships, and had the chance to work on campaigns that change lives. It’s a job with both heart and hustle. It’s rare to find a job that challenges you, supports you, and lets you make a real impact but I found that here. Over this four years also I’ve grown from a team member into a leader, all while working with passionate people and meaningful causes. On top of that, I’m still learning, still growing. That’s what I appreciate most about working here. The environment pushes you to be your best, and the support is always there to help you reach the next level.

    Challenging but worth the pay
    The good thingsThe good things was i was getting my confidence back to talk to stranger to go out from my comfort zone once again . And of course travel trip is fun since we are going through all Malaysia for fundraise

    The good thingsOmniraise is my working experience after my internship in 2024. Due to family issue I need to resign. I never thought I will be back in 2025. Having experience both corporate and retail after resignation, I compare it to my time in omniraise. That is why I decide to join back omniraise in 2025.

    Good work environment, good benefits and many experiences involving communication skills, work in different places and managing a team.
    The good thingsI get many experiences and have great teammates that is supportive which lift up my spirit during work. We also given the chance to travel around Malaysia and most of the places I never been before. Moreover, we also can get commission other than basic salary to achieve more income every month.

    I love working here in Omniraise. I met so many positive people and friends ! I truly fall in love with the work environment, fun , full of laughter , games. Even when I'm sad they always be on your side, give support and motivation. Thanks to my teammates, leader and manager who never give up on me. Even when I don't believe in my own potential, they always guide me step by step from zero to hero ! Can't forget how fun it is to join travel trip with my teammates ! Working at the same !time traveling , quality time and get to know my teammates more ! Even now I'm writing here, I'm on my 2 weeks travel trip 😆 sponsored by company. Also fast progression, commission and promotion 🥰
