    The challenges- No longer fully WFH: While flexibility still exists, the role is no longer fully work-from-home, which may be a consideration for those who strongly prefer remote work. - Fast-paced & multitasking-heavy: Growth comes with juggling multiple projects at once, which can be challenging during peak periods. - Cross-team communication: Working across regions and teams can sometimes lead to delays or misalignment, requiring extra coordination.

    The good thingsOverall, I learned many marketing basics and fundamentals during my internship, which felt very different from what I experienced in university. I was also fortunate to have an extremely kind and supportive supervisor who guided me through everything and ensured my workload was manageable.
    The challengesIt’s quite tough for me to commute since I live far from the office. I think the company could offer more work from home options, though I still feel that coming into the office sometimes is necessary.

    The good thingsThe working environment at Omniraise is great. We often have fun activities, and the overall vibe at work is very positive. The management is very open-minded as they are willing to listen, seek feedback from employees, and make improvements based on that input.
    The challengesLosing weight has been a real struggle with all the snacks and fruits, Food Days, team drinks, lunches, and dinners we constantly have. Not to mention, Haylen and the team always offering and making sure there is something delicious to snacks on.

    The good thingsThe positive culture is the company is one of it's greatest perks and the senior management team is very assessible even to juniors and sales execs so you really get to learn from the best. Directors are all very hands on and they go through every part of the business.
    The challengesWhile having positive culture, they also have a very results driven approach , because the clients are NGOs, so if we don't perform, means not so good for the NGO as well. So, a lot of things are on the line with everyone's results, so it can be quite stressful when you don't perform.

    Omniraise is a new agency in the Face-to-face (F2F) fundraising industry in Malaysia.It has collaborated with many high-profiled NGOs (UN, WWF , NCSM). Unlike other companies , Omniraise offers both basic pay & weekly commissions. I starter working in Kota Kinabalu as a Fundraiser with zero communication skills and knowledge about the professional world. Thankfully, my leader taught me so much about fundraising. It was actually fun! The company provided travel opportunities, and I even got the chance to go to Peninsular Malaysia and gain incredible experience. Thanks to that exposure and the opportunity to learn from top performers, the company eventually relocated me to the Kuala Lumpur team, where I continued to grow and develop. One of the highlights of working with Omniraise is the Monthly dinners, where you get to meet top performers, and annual dinner that includes teams from Thailand, Indonesia and more! There are also regular bonding activities and great management team.
