    Improper training and misleading jobWorst experience when work as Fundraiser instead of Sales Management Trainee. They misleading the job consider as a fraud, SCAM & Improper training academy. 2 days spend at the office but not everyday come, just directly go to site do fundraiser. Achieve KPI is too unrealistic, simply push the newbies achieve the target if not just ended yourself. Come late to booth also give the warning letter but not fair for me. Gently remainder to all the job seeker, I do not recommend to apply that company. Think before you make a good decision!!

    Overall I like this place because of the people and the work life balance
    The good thingsFast paced progression where everyone is given the same opportunity and the same starting line. The commission counts is also very transparent and nothing is hidden. Overall this place is very suitable for a fresh graduates because of the very supportive environment.
