    The challengesThe work can be quite mentally and physically tiring, especially when targets are high. The pressure to consistently perform can get overwhelming at times, especially for those who are new to sales. It also takes some time to adjust to the fast-paced environment.

    The good thingsOmniraise has a very supportive and energetic work environment. The team culture is positive, and everyone is very encouraging, especially for newcomers. There’s a strong focus on personal growth, and you receive regular training to improve your communication and sales skills.
    The challengesThe work can be mentally and physically demanding. Sometimes the pressure to perform consistently can be stressful, particularly for those who are new to sales. It may take time to adapt to the fast-paced environment, &not everyone may be comfortable with face-to-face fundraising in public areas.
